Return and Exchange Policy Dear customer, in order to provide excellent service and earn your trust in the "pet and more" store, we offer a return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of the order, subject to the following conditions: * The product must be in its original condition. * If a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, "pet and more" store bears all shipping and exchange costs. If you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, "pet and more" store does not bear any shipping costs incurred. * "pet and more" store will refund the amount as store credit in the customer's account once the returned shipments arrive at the store, or will resend the amount to the customer's account within no less than a week after contacting the customer and obtaining their correct information. * If the customer purchased products via Visa or MasterCard, and wishes to recover the amount, the refund will be made by charging the same Visa or MasterCard used for the purchase, and the refund period is subject to the bank's (or electronic payment intermediary's) policy. * If the customer received free shipping due to purchasing products, and wishes to return the products, "pet and more" store has the right to recalculate the free shipping cost.
